Белстат не хлусіць, але засакрэчвае пэўныя лічбы.
Ці маніпуляваў Леў Львоўскі калі-небудзь эканамічнай статыстыкай Беларусі так, каб падаць сітуацыю ў краіне горшай, чым яна ёсць? Ці цешыцца эканаміст, калі бачыць дрэнныя эканамічныя паказнікі Беларусі? Паліграф у праграме «Шчыра кажучы» прайшоў эканаміст Леў Львоўскі.
Эканаміст Леў Львоўскі ў сваіх даследаваннях і прагнозах карыстаецца таксама звесткамі Белстату, і аналітык мяркуе, што Белстат не хлусіць і дае рэальныя лічбы, але ёсць нюансы.

Надалей засакрэчаная статыстыка якасці банкаўскіх актываў, а гэта значыць, што з няякаснымі актывамі яны могуць жыць доўга, але няма гарантыі, што не пасыплецца. Даходзіць часам да камічных сітуацыяў.

«У 2020–2021 улады ратавалі адно буйное беларускае прадпрыемства, якое было павінна ўсім камерцыйным банкам. Цікава, як беларуская эканоміка аднавілася і пасля каронавіруса. Адрозна ад заходніх краінаў, падчас пандэміі каронавіруса эканоміка не згортвалася, а працавала – праўда, у асноўным на склады.

«Беларусь у гэтую штучную каму не ўпадала, у нас было вырашана нікога не ратаваць, а казаць пра трактары і козачак, і не казаць пра смерць ад каронавіруса, таму эканоміка не моцна сціснулася. Яна ўсё роўна сціснулася, бо ва ўсіх астатніх гандлёвых партнёраў ковід быў, у адрозненне ад нас».

Але хуткае акрыянне эканомікі пасля пандэміі не дапамагло ёй выкараскацца да ўзроўню 2021 года. Бо прыйшлі новыя выклікі – вайна, Беларусь санкцыямі загналі ў абдымкі Расеі.

«Мы страцілі ўкраінскі рынак, мы страцілі значную частку еўрапейскага рынку, мы страцілі выхады да мора. Самае галоўнае – страцілі Клайпедскі порт. Але Расея нам кампенсавала значную частку гэтых стратаў».
– Ці паўплывалі санкцыі супраць Беларусі сур’ёзна на эканоміку краіны? – Так. Паліграф: Праўда.
Расея дазволіла Беларусі пакуль не плаціць дзярждоўгу, і за кошт таго, што Расея дала свае лагістычныя магутнасці і ўласны рынак, Беларусі ўдалося большую частку стратаў неяк кампенсаваць.
– На вашую думку, Лукашэнка сапраўды выратаваў эканоміку Беларусі ў 1990-я гады? – Не. Паліграф: Праўда.
Лукашэнка не правёў прыватызацыю ў 1990-х і не здзейсніў тых памылак, што Расея. І гэта плюс, лічыць эксперт. Але Беларусь не правяла прыватызацыю ў 2000-я, у 2010-я, і гэта ўжо мінус.
