У дачыненні ўсіх іх пачалі спецыяльнае вядзенне.

Генпракуратура накіравала ў Вярхоўны Суд для вызначэння падсуднасці крымінальную справу супраць удзельнікаў нібыта экстрэмісцкага фармавання «Аналітыкі Святланы Ціханоўскай», паведамляе «Вясна».

На думку сілавікоў, у фармаванне ўваходзяць Аляксандр Дабравольскі, Рыгор Астапеня, Філіп Біканаў, Юрый Дракахруст, Андрэй Казакевіч, Ганна Красуліна, Яўген Крыжаноўскі, Дзяніс Кучынскі, Вераніка Лапуцька, Аляксандр Лагвінец, Ганна Любакова, Васіль Навумаў, Марыя Рогава, Пёрт Рудкоўскі, Алеся Руднік, Наталля Рабава, Павел Усаў, Таццяна Чуліцкая, Аляксандр Шлык і Кацярына Шмаціна.
У дачыненні ўсіх іх пачалі спецыяльнае вядзенне. Такі тып вядзення справы рэжым ужывае супраць тых, хто не ў Беларусі.
Паводле матэрыялаў справы, усіх абвінавачваюць у здзяйсненні «злачынстваў экстрэмісцкага характару» ў сувязі з кампаніяй выбараў прэзідэнта, а таксама ў постэлектаральны перыяд. Усяго на фігурантаў заведзена па пяць крымінальных справаў, у тым ліку за змову з мэтай захопу дзяржаўнай улады неканстытуцыйным шляхам і спрыянне ў публічных закліках да захопу дзяржаўнай улады.
Вярхоўны Суд накіраваў справу для разгляду ў Менскі абласны суд.
«Аналітыкі Ціханоўскай» – гэта не рэальнае аб’яднанне, а тое, як 20 абвінавачаных былі названыя беларускімі сілавікамі. Некаторыя са спісу нават не маюць дачынення да працы Офісу Святланы Ціханоўскай. Павел Усаў увогуле адкрыта і сістэматычна крытыкуе Ціханоўскую.
Раней юрыст Арцём Праскаловіч выказаў «Белсату» сваю думку наконт таго, што са справаю будзе далей.
«Што будзе дакладна: не будзе дадзеная магчымасць беларусам, супраць якіх заведзеныя гэтыя крымінальныя справы, адстойваць свае правы, у іх межах будзе тэатр, фарс і прасоўванне ў прапагандысцкай прасторы таго, што ўсё законна, людзі – злачынцы, іх правы былі забяспечаныя ўдзелам нібыта адваката абавязковым, як гэта прадугледжана ў кодэксе. А ці хоць раз той адвакат сустракаўся онлайн, кансультаваўся, стэлефаноўваўся са сваім падабаронным, нікога не будзе хваляваць», – сказаў Арцём Праскаловіч.
