У Польшчы маюць намер развіваць абаронную прамысловасць у рэжыме «непасрэднай пагрозы».
Міністр замежных спраў Польшчы Радаслаў Сікорскі мяркуе, што пасля «неразумення першых месяцаў вайны Еўропа прачынаецца». Цяпер Еўропа павінна павялічваць выдаткі на абарону для стрымлівання пуцінскай Расеі. Пра гэта ён заявіў на дыскусіі «Еўропа ў эпоху вайны. Стрымліванне і абарона» 6 траўня.

На думку Радаслава Сікорскага, сродкі патрэбныя для аднаўлення еўрапейскай абароннай прамысловасці. Паколькі «Еўропа не проста раззброілася», а сутыкнулася з дэіндустрыялізацыяй.

«Украіна падарыла нам бясцэнны час. Вайна доўжыцца ўжо палову Другой сусветнай вайны. Я задаю сабе пытанне, ці выкарыстоўваем Мы гэты час аптымальна», – падкрэсліў Сікорскі.
Ён перакананы, што Еўропа павінна быць гатовая да патэнцыйнай пагрозы з боку Расеі, не разлічваючы на дапамогу ЗША і без аглядкі на вынікі будучых выбараў там.
«Еўропа, як еўрапейская апора NATO, а таксама як Еўрапейскі Звяз, павінна пачаць выконваць хаця б нейкія задачы. Мы не павінны неадкладна звяртацца да Злучаных Штатаў з нагоды кожнай пагрозы на нашых межах. Мы не павінны быць бездапаможныя, таму што ёсць рэчы, якія мы павінны быць у стане зрабіць, не адцягваючы Злучаныя Штаты ад іх глабальных абавязкаў. Амерыканцы адкрыта кажуць нам пра гэта. Я мяркую, што гэта трэба зрабіць», – сказаў Сікорскі. – «Рэалізацыя ідэі цяжкай брыгады з транспартнымі і выведнымі магчымасцямі, якая павінна быць у стане дзейнічаць у 2026 годзе, зʼяўляецца мінімальным мінімумам».
Важнасць развіцця абароннай прамысловасці адзначыў і міністр абароны Польшчы Владыслаў Касіняк-Камыш.

«Роля Польшчы – абудзіць Еўропу, абудзіць свет, стварыць абаронную прамысловасць. Гэтыя змены адбыліся ў апошнія тыдні ці месяцы. Еўрапейскі Звяз павінен інвеставаць ва ўзбраенні, у вытворчасць і ў рэжым працы з непасрэднай пагрозай. Мы не можам тут адставаць», – сказаў Касіняк-Камыш.
Ён адзначыў, што ў розных краін Еўропы рознае ўяўленне пра пагрозу праз свае праблемы ці таму, што яны знаходзяцца далей ад Расеі. Калі Швецыя і Фінляндыя гатовыя актыўна ўкладвацца ў абарону, то з Італіяй і Іспаніяй складаней.
Што тычыцца самой Польшчы, Владыслаў Касіняк-Камыш сказаў, што плануецца выдаткоўваць на ўзбраенне больш за 4 % ВУП, пры прынятай у NATO норме 2 %:

«Два адсоткі – гэта мінімум, але планка павінна быць яшчэ вышэйшай».
У далейшым Міністэрства абароны Польшчы будзе дамагацца пашырэння фінансавання на ўзбраенне на ўзроўні Еўрапейскага Звязу.

«Адмовіцца ад гэтага нельга, інакш, калі мы не будзем вырабляць боепрыпасы самі, мы заўсёды будзем не гатовыя да самых складаных выклікаў. Таму я зацікаўлены ў развіцці польскага зброевага канцэрна», – працягнуў міністр абароны Польшчы.
