Улады імкнуцца стрымаць выпускнікоў школаў ад паступлення за мяжу.
Беларускім выпускнікам школаў у атэстатах наўмысна пішуць прозвішчы дырэктара ці завуча з памылкай, каб такім чынам перашкодзіць своечасова апастыляваць дакумент і паступіць у замежную ВНУ, распавядае «Наша Ніва».

Пра новы спосаб стрымаць абітурыентаў ад ад’езду за мяжу «Нашай Ніве» распавялі настаўнікі і крыніцы, чые знаёмыя сутыкнуліся з такой сітуацыяй.

«У атэстат наўмысна ставіцца памылка ў прозвішчы дырэктара ці завуча. Умоўна, была Лукашэнка, стала Лукташэнка. Або змазваецца подпіс. Школьнік прыходзіць у Мінадукацыі, яму кажуць, што такі дакумент апастыляваць не могуць – бо ў дырэктара іншае прозвішча або іншы подпіс. Таму, маўляў, атрымлівайце па-новаму і вяртайцеся», – распавядаюць крыніцы.
Выпускнік ідзе ў школу, а там аказваецца, што чалавек, які можа выправіць памылку, у адпачынку. Ці сам працэс выпраўлення ці чарга ў Міністэрства адукацыі па апастыль зацягваюцца так, што на падачу дакументаў ва ўніверсітэт за мяжу абітурыент ужо не паспявае.

«Што рабіць? Паступаць у Беларусі. У беларускіх ВНУ на сапраўднасць подпісу і памылкі ў прозвішчах увагі не звяртаюць», – тлумачыць суразмоўца «Нашай Нівы» з сістэмы адукацыі.
Прынцып, па якім абіраюцца школьнікі з нібыта выпадковымі «памылкамі» у атэстаце, невядомы. Вядома пра такія выпадкі пераважна ў школах з традыцыйна высокім працэнтам паступленняў за мяжу.
Людзі, якія сутыкнуліся з такімі перашкодамі, робяць выснову, што лепш было б выпускнікам маўчаць аб намеры паступаць за мяжу і не казаць гэтага нікому са школьных настаўнікаў, бо памылку ў атэстаце маглі зрабіць наўмысна, каб перашкодзіць паступіць за мяжу.
Настаўнікі распавядаюць, што начальства запытвае інфармацыю ў класных кіраўнікоў аб тым, ці вядома ім аб планах вучняў паступаць за мяжу, і настойліва прапануюць стрымліваць дзяцей і агітаваць іх застацца ў Беларусі.
Тым часам Міністэрства навукі і вышэйшай адукацыі сумесна з Міністэрствам народнай адукацыі Польшчы распрацавалі прапанову для ўнясенне змяненняў у закон «Аб сістэме адукацыі», якая дазволіць развязаць праблемы беларускіх грамадзянаў, звязаныя з пацвярджэннем адукацыі. Яны ў тым ліку датычаць легалізацыі дакументаў і даведак, атрыманых у Беларусі. Цяпер працэдура прыняцця новага закона знаходзіцца на завяршальнай стадыі, распавядала прадстаўніца Аб’яднагага пераходнага кабінету ў пытаннях нацыянальнага адраджэння Аліна Коўшык, якая звяртала да міністра навукі і вышэйшай адукацыі Польшчы Дарыўша Вячорка з запытам аб падтрыманне беларускіх студэнтаў.

Беларусь прыпыніла пагадненне з Польшчай аб супрацы ў галіне адукацыі ў лютым 2023 года. Пазней стала вядома, што ў Беларусі перасталі выдаваць даведкі для паступлення ў замежныя вышэйшыя навучальныя ўстановы.
