На думку палітычнага аналітыка і медыйнага эксперта Паўлюка Быкоўскага, у навагоднюю ноч загад блакаваць сэрвіс «YouTube» атрымалі правайдары, яны выканалі яго кожны па-свойму.

Блакаванне сэрвісу сапраўды было зробленае на 15 хвілінаў да поўначы 31 снежня, але наўрад нехта перакрываў доступ па-за Беларуссю, адзначае медыяэксперт у інтэрв’ю радыё «Рацыя».
Паўлюк Быкоўскі адзначыў, што асабіста спрабаваў паглядзець з дапамогаю VPN, як выглядае блакаванне, і ў яго сэрвіс таксама быў недаступны і паказваў, што інтэрнэту няма.
«Я не думаю, што хтосьці звонку мог перакрыць доступ у Беларусь на гэтыя 15 хвілінаў. Такой практыкі не было, і я думаю, не будзе. У 2020 годзе пасля прэзідэнцкіх выбараў падчас пратэстаў улады Беларусі казалі, што гэта звонку блакуюць беларускі інтэрнэт, але тады было так, што менавіта дзяржаўныя сайты былі дасяжныя, а вось іншыя сайты былі недасяжныя. Таму гэта выглядала хлуснёй. Я думаю, што тут нешта падобнае. Адключэнне ўсё ж такі было зроблена ўладамі Беларусі, але паколькі ёсць розная інфармацыя, як гэта спрацавала, то, хутчэй за ўсё, правайдары атрымалі загад і выканалі яго кожны па-свойму», – разважае эксперт.
Спадар Быкоўскі адзначыў, што гэтая сітуацыя нагадала яму ранейшую практыку Казахстану, у якім апазіцыйны дзеяч Мухтар Аблязаў рэгулярна звяртаўся з Францыі ці Нямеччыны ў пэўны час да грамадзянаў, і падчас гэтых зваротаў пры прэзідэнту Назарбаеву заўсёды адлучалі сацыяльныя сеткі, бо выступаў Аблязаў праз «Facebook» і «Instagram», а потым сэрвісы зноў улучаліся.

«А ў нас такой практыкі раней не было. У нас звычайна было адлучэнне, каб людзі не маглі скаардынавацца і зразумець, што адбываецца падчас палітычных акцыяў пратэсту. Ну вось, цяпер нешта новае адкрылі для сябе», – кажа адмысловец.


Нагадаем, што ў навагоднюю ноч за 15–20 хвілінаў да наступлення Новага года ў Беларусі заблакавалі сэрвіс «YouTube». Гэта адбылося падчас таго, як там меў транслявацца відэазварот Святланы Ціханоўскай. Доступ да сэрвісу можна было атрымаць толькі праз VPN. Пасля трансляцыі відэазвароту доступ да «YouTube» аднавіўся.
