Гэтае пытанне патрабуе дапрацоўкі.

Падчас вясновай сесіі літоўскі парламент мае намер вярнуцца да ініцыятывы, якая прадпісвае абавязковую публічную дэкларацыю сувязяў з бізнесам у Расеі і Беларусі для публічных асобаў краіны, піша выданне «Delfi».

Паводле старшыні Камітэту ўпраўлення дзяржавай і муніцыпалітэтамі Рычардаса Юшкі, гэты закон патрабуе дапрацоўкі, бо на гэты момант дамагчыся ўсталяваных мэтаў у законе немагчыма.
Перашкодаю станецца ў першую чаргу Агульны рэгламент абароны звестак. Пры гэтым, калі законапраект ухваляць без зменаў, то найбольшая адказнасць за яго рэалізацыю ўпадзе на плечы Дзяржаўнай камісіі аб службовай этыцы, а для гэтага няма ні дадатковых грошай для павышэння заробкаў работнікам камісіі, ні самых работнікаў.
Як паведаміў Рычардас Юшка, пытанне дэкларацыі сувязяў з бізнесам у Расеі і Беларусі абмяркуюць ужо падчас вясновай сесіі, на пасяджэнне плануецца запрасіць усе зацікаўленыя бакі і прадстаўнікоў Міністэрства фінансаў Літвы.
Прапанову забавязаць публічных асобаў у Літве дэклараваць сувязі з Расеяй і Беларуссю щвесну 2023 года агучіщ старшыня парламенцкага Камітэту нацыянальнай бяспекі і абароны Лаўрынас Касчунас. Адною з мэтаў такой прапановы было заахвоціць гэтых асобаў адмовіцца ад бізнес-стасункаў з гэтымі краінамі.
У выпадку, калі такія папраўкі будуць прынятыя, то публічныя асобы, да якіх адносяцца палітыкі, дзяржаўныя службоўцы, суддзі, вайскоўцы, выведнікі, кіраўнікі дзяржаўных і муніцыпальных кампаніяў ды іхныя намеснікі, разам з абавязкам дэклараваць інфармацыю пра наяўнасць акцыяў, права голасу ў галасаваннях акцыянераў і ўплыў на дзейнасць юрыдычных асобаў, мусяць будуць указваць інфармацыю пра дзейнасць гэтых юрыдычных асобаў у Беларусі і Расеі, а таксама пра кантакты з фізічнымі асобамі ў гэтых краінах.
Нагадаем, што Літва збіраецца ўнесці змены ў правілы працаўладкавання замежнікаў у межах узмацнення жорсткасці міграцыйнай палітыкі. Новыя правілы будуць прадугледжваць, што замежнікі без віду на жыхарства не змогуць працаваць. Таксама прапануецца абмежаваць колькасць працадаўцаў, у якіх можна працаваць адначасова. Пра гэта паведаміла міністарка ўнутраных справаў краіны Агне Білатайце падчас прэс-канферэнцыі, зарганізаванай Міграцыйнаю службаю.
