Чыноўнікі збіраюцца зменшыць спіс відаў дзейнасці для ІП і перагледзець яго для самазанятых.

Парламент у другім чытанні прыняў законапраект «Аб змене законаў наконт пытанняў прадпрымальніцкай дзейнасці». Чыноўнікі збіраюцца зменшыць спіс відаў дзейнасці для ІП і перагледзець яго для самазанятых. Тым, хто не трапіць у гэты пералік, давядзецца або закрыцца зусім, або перааформіцца ў юрыдычную асобу.

Дэпутаты Палаты прадстаўнікоў сёмага склікання на апошнім пасяджэнні ўсё ж такі прынялі ў другім чытанні праект змяненняў у законы аб прадпрымальніцтве. Ён прадугледжвае абмежаванне відаў дзейнасці, якімі змогуць займацца індывідуальныя прадпрымальнікі.
Як растлумачыў дэпутат Анатоль Насеня, законапраект «вызначае новую структуру бізнесу, якая будзе складацца з дзвюх катэгорыяў». Першая – юрыдычныя асобы, другая – фізічныя асобы, якія могуць займацца прадпрымальніцкай дзейнасцю як рамеснікі, уладальнікі аграсядзібаў, ІП, а таксама працаваць з падаткам на прафдзейнасць.
«Абмяжоўваюцца віды дзейнасці, якія змогуць ажыццяўляць індывідуальныя прадпрымальнікі. Іх пералік будзе вызначацца ўрадам, зыходзячы з эканамічнай мэтазгоднасці», – сказаў дэпутат.
Для відаў дзейнасці, што не трапяць у гэты спіс, з 1 кастрычніка 2024 года забароняць адчыняць новыя ІП. Тым, хто раней адкрыў ІП для гэтых відах дзейнасці, да 31 снежня 2025 года трэба будзе перааформіцца ў юрыдычную асобу. Яшчэ адзін варыянт – зусім закрыцца.
«Пры гэтым замацоўваецца спрошчаны механізм пераходу (цягам аднаго працоўнага дня), што дасць магчымасць ім аператыўна ажыццявіць усе неабходныя працэдурныя дзеянні», – растлумачыў дэпутат.
Таксама чыноўнікі перагледзяць віды дзейнасці, што будуць даступныя для рамеснікаў і самазанятых.
«Такія віды дзейнасці будуць вызначацца ўрадам у адным акце (цяпер такія пералікі замацаваныя ў розных заканадаўчых актах)», – адзначылі ў парламенце.
Як паведамляецца, законапраект дазволіць забяспечыць пераход ІП у юрыдычныя асобы без прыпынення сваёй дзейнасці, а таксама выконваць прадпрымальнікамі «абавязанні перад бюджэтам і контрагентамі ў поўным аб’ёме».
