«Мэта Масквы – як мага хутчэй паставіць расейскія вайсковыя караблі ў порт».

Расея амаль дабудавала порт для размяшчэння вайсковых караблёў на тэрыторыі самаабвешчанай рэспублікі Абхазія, якую Грузія лічыць сваёй тэрыторыяй. Пра гэта паведамляе грузінскі тэлеканал TV Pirveli.

Паводле выдання, аэрафотакамера зафіксавала інтэнсіўны рух будаўнічай тэхнікі на тэрыторыі порту. Сцвярджаецца, што працы там ідуць бесперапынна. Таксама там можна бачыць новапабудаваны будынак, які, як мяркуецца, будуць выкарыстоўваць для размяшчэння працаўнікоў, што будуць абслугоўваць расейскі вайсковы аб’ект.
Грузінскія журналісты мяркуюць, што «мэта Масквы – як мага хутчэй паставіць расейскія вайсковыя караблі ў порт».
Таксама і ў «Антыакупацыйным руху» кажуць, што «Расея хоча адкрыць другі фронт на часова акупаванай тэрыторыі Грузіі, бо калі расейскія караблі прышвартуюцца ў згаданым порце, гэтае месца стане законнай мішэнню Украіны».
«У гэтым порце ідзе працэс будаўніцтва, і ён, безумоўна, можа быць выкарыстаны супраць Украіны і можа стаць мішэнню для Украіны. Гэты працэс накіраваны на дэстабілізацыю ў рэгіёне. Наш урад павінен прыцягнуць да гэтага працэсу ўсіх міжнародных партнёраў», – заявіў лідар грузінскага руху «За Абхазію» Нукры Нодыя.
Разам з тым аналітыкі Defence Express мяркуюць, што заявы пра гатовасць порту перабольшаныя. Паводле іх, параўнанне здымкаў паказвае, што з 2022 года завершанае будаўніцтва толькі аднаго аб’екту.
Аналітыкі таксама адзначаюць, што актыўныя працы ідуць не на будаўнічай пляцоўцы, а ў грузавым вугальным тэрмінале, які можа выкарыстоўвацца ў якасці кантрабанднага вузла пад кантролем ФСБ.
«Такім чынам, пакуль немагчыма сказаць, што маштабныя працы сапраўды ідуць і тое, што ўвесь Чарнаморскі флот РФ ужо неўзабаве перабазуецца на гэтую абʼектыўна невялікую базу з бухтай памерам 200 на 200 метраў. Але адзначым, што сама ініцыятыва РФ размясціць нават частку караблёў ЧФ РФ у акупаваным Ачамчыры дэманструе, што для Крамля 130 км да NATO, а менавіта такая далёкасць ад гэтай базы да мяжы з Турцыяй, бяспечнейшае за базаванне ў пакуль акупаваным Севастопалі», – кажуць у Defence Express.
Горад Ачамчыра знаходзіцца ў Абхазіі. 26 студзеня 2009 года галоўны штаб ВМФ РФ паведаміў аб стварэнні там пункту базавання баявых караблёў Чарнаморскага флоту.
