На Нацыянальным прававым інтэрнэт-партале Беларусі 7 траўня была апублікавалі пастанову Савету Міністраў № 335 за 3 траўня 2024 года «Аб фінансаванні навукова-даследчых, доследна-канструктарскіх і доследна-тэхналагічных працаў у 2024 годзе». Пастанова гучыць складана, незразумела і большасць пройдзе міма. Мы пастанавілі перакласці складаную чыноўніцкую мову на простую чалавечую. Чытаем: агулам на 2024 год на інавацыі пойдзе з гэтага фонду Br 35 909 799, або троху больш за $ 11,14 млн паводле сённяшняга курсу Нацыянальнага банку. З гэтай сумы Br 398 000 ($ 123,5 тыс.) пойдзе ў Міністэрства ўнутраных справаў, а Br 5 692 225 ($ 1 766 509) – Дзяржаўнаму вайскова-прамысловаму камітэту. Мы можам толькі здагадвацца, якія інавацыі на гэтыя грошы распрацуе МУС і Камітэт. Але мы знайшлі інфармацыю, адкуль прыйдуць гэтыя грошы.
А прыйдуць грошы з нашых гаманцоў. Згодна з дакументам, да якога мы маем доступ, скінуцца на інавацыйны фонд 55 прадпрыемстваў і арганізацыяў. Найбуйнейшы адсотак ад прыбытку мусіць перавесці Галоўнае ўпраўленне капітальнага будаўніцтва Кіраўніцтва справамі прэзідэнта (12,5 %), Аграпрамысловы холдынг Кіраўніцтва справамі прэзідэнта (10 %), Менская тыпаграфія (10 %). Па 5 % ад прыбытку перавядуць «Дыпсэрвіс» і гандлёвы дом «Усходні». А «Дыпмаркет» (крамы «Duty Free» ў Менскім аэрапорце) перавядуць 4,5 % ад прыбытку.
Скідвацца на «інавацыі» будуць і паркі адпачынку. Напрыклад, нацыянальныя паркі Белавежская пушча, Браслаўскія азёры, Прыпяцкі, Нарачанскі і Бярэзінскі біясферны запаведнік перавядуць 1 % ад прыбытку.
