Беларус, затрыманы ў Арменіі на запыт уладаў Беларусі, атрымаў статус уцекача

З лютага 2024 года Яраслава Новікава трымалі ў ізалятары.

Грамадзянін Беларусі Яраслаў Новікаў, якога затрымалі ў пачатку 2024 года ў Арменіі пры пераходзе мяжы з Грузіяй у межах міждзяржаўнага вышуку СНД праз абвінавачанне ва ўхіленні ад службы ў войску, атрымаў статус уцекача ў Арменіі, паведамляе радыё «Свабода» са спасылкай на праўніка Хельсінкскай асацыяцыі Арменіі Араіка Папік’яна.

«Толькі што Яраслаў атрымаў статус уцекача, крыху пазней ён будзе ўжо на волі», – паведаміў праўнік Араік Папік’ян, які рэпрэзентуе інтарэсы Яраслава Новікава.


Беларуса Яраслава Новікава затрымалі 2 лютага 2024 года ў Арменіі пры пераходзе мяжы з Грузіяй. Высветлілася, што ўлады Беларусі абвясцілі мужчыну ў міждзяржаўны вышук у СНД праз абвінавачанне ва ўхіленні ад службы ў войску.
Яраслаў Новікаў планаваў пераехаць з Грузіі ў Балгарыю, але не атрымаў візы. Яму параілі атрымаць візу на радзіме, але Новікаў туды не паехаў праз рызыку арышту. Тады маладзён паехаў падаваць дакументы на візу ў суседнюю Арменію.
Суд Арменіі 4 лютага ўзяў Яраслава Новікава пад варту на 40 дзён для далейшай перадачы ўладам Беларусі пасля атрымання адпаведных дакументаў з Менску. Падчас перабывання ў ізалятары беларус падаў у міграцыйную службу Арменіі заяву на атрыманне статусу ўцекача і палітычнага прытулку.
Па статус уцекача ў Арменіі ў сакавіку 2024 года звярнуўся яшчэ адзін беларус – Максім Вайткявічус, якога на пачатку лютага таксама затрымалі на армянскай мяжы, а затым змясцілі пад варту.
Вядома пра некалькі выпадкаў затрымання беларусаў у Арменіі ў 2022 і 2023 гадах. Усе затрыманні адбываліся на мяжы, калі беларусы спрабавалі «абнуліць» тэрмін побыту ў Грузіі, часова выехаўшы ў Арменію.
У студзені 2023 года Генеральная пракуратура Беларусі паведаміла, што Арменія перадала затрыманага на сваёй тэрыторыі грамадзяніна Беларусі, які, паводле версіі следчых, ухіляўся ад службы ў войску, хоць пачаткова яго абвінавацілі ў эканамічным злачынстве.
З пачатку 2024 года ў Арменіі затрымалі чатырох грамадзянаў Беларусі, абвешчаных у міждзяржаўны вышук у СНД. Усіх іх змясцілі ў ізалятар у горадзе Ванадзор.
