Амністыя закране 7850 асуджаных.

Дэпутаты Палаты прадстаўнікоў прапанавалі пры найбліжэйшым паседжанні разгледзець у першым і другім чытаннях законапраект «Аб амністыі ў сувязі з 80-годдзем вызвалення Рэспублікі Беларусь ад нямецка-фашысцкіх захопнікаў», паведаміў старшыня Сталай камісіі дзяржаўнага будаўніцтва, мясцовага самакіравання і рэгламенту Валянцін Семяняка.

Гэта будзе 18-ая амністыя ў гісторыі незалежнай Беларусі. Паводле папярэдніх ацэнак, яна закране 7850 асуджаных.

«Гэты законапраект, з аднаго боку, ёсць інструментам развіцця дэмакратыі і захавання адзінства ў грамадстве, з другога – актам праявы гуманізму да асуджаных. Як паказвае практыка, прыняцце такіх законапраектаў не ўплывае адмоўным чынам на крымінагенную сітуацыю», – зазначыў Семяняка.


Савет міністраў 23 траўня перадаў праект закону «Аб амністыі ў сувязі з 80-годдзем вызвалення Беларусі ад нямецка-фашысцкіх захопнікаў» у Палату прадстаўнікоў.
Адказнымі за дакумент дэпутатамі прызначаныя Ігар Пашкоў (палкоўнік міліцыі, былы начальнік штабу МУС) і Аляксандр Барсукоў (генерал-лейтэнант міліцыі, былы намеснік міністра ўнутраных справаў).
Размовы пра тое, што ў Беларусі рыхтуецца новая амністыя, вядуцца з кастрычніка 2023 года. Афіцыйна ўлады паведамілі пра яе рыхтаванне 11 студзеня 2024 года, калі Аляксандр Лукашэнка сабраў адмысловую нараду з гэтай нагоды. У прыватнасці, ён заклікаў «падысці да пытання амністыі нетрадыцыйна» і «больш уважліва паглядзець на жанчын і дзяцей, на жанчын з дзецьмі, іншыя катэгорыі асуджаных».
Пасля нарады ў Лукашэнкі міністр унутраных справаў Іван Кубракоў назваў галоўнай асаблівасцю 2024 года амністыю жанчын з непаўналетнімі дзецьмі, а таксама мужчынаў, на выхаванні якіх застаюцца непаўналетнія.

«Прапанаванае новаўвядзенне – скарыстаць амністыю да асобаў, асуджаных за асабліва цяжкія злачынствы, у тым ліку забойствы і цяжкія цялесныя пашкоджанні, што прывялі да смерці», – патлумачыў міністр.


Адначасова Кубракоў папярэдзіў, што палітычным зняволеным на амністыю разлічваць не варта, бо «яны не ўсвядомілі, што здзейснілі».
