Расейцы здзяйснялі спробы кібератак цягам апошніх шасці месяцаў, а надоечы для атак на крытычна важную дзяржаўную інфраструктуру былі дэлегаваныя дзве адмысловыя групы, створаныя расейскімі спецслужбамі, заявіў у эфіры «TVN24» віцэ-прэм’ер і міністр дыгіталізацыі Кшыштаф Гаўкоўскі.

«Цягам некалькіх дзён ужо ведаем, што вызначаныя дзве спецыяльныя групы, створаныя расейскай спецслужбай ГРУ. Адная з групаў скіраваная на тое, каб сеяць дэзынфармацыю, а другая, каб найбліжэйшымі тыднямі і вакацыйнымі месяцамі паралізаваць крытычную інфраструктуру. Ужо ведаем гэта, нашыя службы гэта знайшлі. Міністэрства дыгіталізацыі і падначаленыя службы дзейнічаюць», – сказаў Гаўкоўскі.
Паводле міністра, кібератакі – гэта «халодная вайна, а ў некаторых момантах ужо і цёплая, такая, да якой мы дакранаемся, адчуваем і якая паўплывае на нашае жыццё».
На пытанне журналіста, да якога найгоршага сцэнару кібератак трэба рыхтавацца Польшчы, віцэ-прэм’ер адказаў:

«Крытычная дзяржаўная інфраструктура, напрыклад, электрастанцыі, водазабеспячэнне і каналізацыя перастаюць працаваць. Рэальныя ўсе сцэнары, у якіх мы сёння выкарыстоўваем рознага кшталту кампю’тарныя прылады, праграмы, якія можна ўзламаць, выключыць, перахапіць кантроль і давесці да крытычнай сітуацыі».
Гаўкоўскі згадаў атаку на польскае інфармацыйнае агенцтва РАР, у выніку якой у стужцы навінаў з’явілася паведамленне пра мабілізацыю. Віцэ-прэм’ер распавёў, што хакеры здолелі ўзламаць прыладу працаўніка агенцтва і скрасці ягоныя ўліковыя дадзеныя для доступу да стужкі агенцтва. Паводле Гаўкоўскага, гэта стала магчымым, бо адзін з працаўнікоў даваў доступ да працоўнай прылады чальцу сям’і, які і паставіў на яе праграму са шкоднасным кодам.

«Я кажу ўсім чыноўнікам у Польшчы падчас сустрэчаў: службовая прылада – гэта службовая прылада, не даём дзецям, не даём блізкім, не глядзім фільмаў, не робім рознага кшталту здымкаў, не лагінімся ў 25 розных аплікацыях, бо не ведаем, хто хоча захапіць гэтую прыладу. А сітуацыя з РАР мусіць быць прыкладам для ўсёй Польшчы: будзь уважлівы, бо твая ўстанова можа быць паралізаваная», – зазначыў міністр дыгіталізацыі.

«Думаю, што гэта не будзе падпал усёй краіны, але асобныя акты сабатажу і дыверсіі могуць быць. Гледзячы на апошнія падзеі ў Польшчы, нехта можа звязаць іх з дыверсіямі.
