«Эстонія гатовая рабіць выключэнні». Дэмсілы дамагаюцца змякчэння санкцыяў супраць аўтамабіляў з Беларусі

Франак Вячорка сустрэўся з прадстаўнікамі МЗС, МУС і дэпутатамі парламенту Эстоніі.
Галоўны дарадца Святланы Ціханоўскай Франак Вячорка і прадстаўнік Офісу беларускай лідаркі ў Эстоніі і Латвіі Віталь Маўчанаў сустрэліся ў Талліне з прадстаўнікамі МЗС і МУС Эстоніі, а таксама з дэпутатамі парламенту і кіраўніком групы «Сябры свабоднай Беларусі» Урмасам Рэйнсалу. Пра вынікі візіту Вячорка распавёў на сваёй старонцы ў Фэйсбуку.

Падчас сустрэчаў у Эстоніі прадстаўнікі беларускіх дэмакратычных сілаў вялі гаворку пра забарону ўязджаць у краіну на аўтамабілях, зарэгістраваных у Беларусі.

«Апошні санкцыйны пакет Еўразвязу сапраўды ўдарыў па інтарэсах рэжыму і яго схемах абыходу санкцыяў. Ім сапраўды баліць, і яны шукаюць новыя шчыліны для абыходу абмежаванняў. З Менску прыходзяць паведамленні, што забалела і закранула інтарэсы многіх памагатых рэжыму. Гэта добра, – зазначыў Франак Вячорка. – Кепска тое, што новыя санкцыі закранулі і беларусаў. У прыватнасці, у спробах спыніць імпарт – экспарт аўтамабіляў пад удар трапілі і звычайныя грамадзяне, якія едуць праз мяжу на сваіх аўтамабілях, і якія не маюць да рэжыму ніякага дачынення. Відавочна, што тыя, хто пісалі рэгуляцыі Еўразвязу, гэта не пралічылі. І цяпер нашая задача – гэтыя абмежаванні скарэктаваць».
З гэтай мэтай, паводле Вячоркі, дэмсілы Беларусі апошнія тыдні працуюць з чатырма асноўнымі краінамі, праз якія ўязджаюць беларусы на сваіх аўтамабілях у Еўразвяз: Польшчай, Літвой, Латвіяй, Эстоніяй.
«Эстонія ўжо гатова рабіць выключэнні, абмяркоўваем змякчэнні прапускнога рэжыму», – зазначыў дарадца Ціханоўскай.
Падчас сустрэчы ў Талліне беларускі бок прадставіў прапановы дэмакратычных сілаў па змякчэнні абмежаванняў у дачыненні аўтамабіляў з беларускімі нумарамі і па ўзмацненні санкцыяў супраць беларускіх уладаў.
Паводле Вячоркі, з Эстоніяй атрымалася дамовіцца аб шэрагу выключэнняў для ўезду беларускіх аўтамабіляў, у першую чаргу для тых, хто вандруе па гуманітарных прычынах.
Іншай тэмай, якую абмяркоўвалі прадстаўнікі Офісу Ціханоўскай у Талліне, была легалізацыя беларусаў у Эстоніі і змякчэнне яе ўмоваў.
Што датычыць іншых краінаў, Польшча пагадзілася зрабіць шырокія выключэнні, што пацвердзіў міністр замежных справаў Радослаў Сікорскі і Святлане Ціханоўскай, і Паўлу Латушку, кажа Франак Вячорка. Літва ўвяла шырокія выключэнні на месяц, і Офіс Святланы Ціханоўскай цяпер дамагаецца, каб тэрмін дзеяння выключэнняў быў працягнуты.
З Латвіяй найбольш складаная сітуацыя, хаця агульны аб’ём руху там не такі вялікі, кажа Вячорка:

«У Латвіі, акрамя еўрапейскіх абмежаванняў, ёсць і нацыянальныя абмежаванні, што звужае поле для перамоваў. Але нават Латвія гатовая рабіць выключэнні, таму пра поўны бан пакуль гаварыць не выпадае».
У той жа час рэжым Лукашэнкі робіць усё, каб гэты бан быў уведзены, зазначае палітык: спрабуе дыскрэдытаваць беларусаў і настроіць грамадскую думку ў іншых краінах супраць іх, злоўжывае выключэннямі, каб змусіць суседзяў да больш жорсткіх мераў.
«І каб у цэлым дыскрэдытаваць палітыку Еўразвязу. Каб паставіць на ўсіх беларусах кляймо лукашыстаў, – кажа дарадца абранай прэзідэнткі. – Гэта ўскладняе нашую працу, вядома. І нам вельмі важная дапамога беларусаў у гэтых краінах – будзьце заўважнымі. Выходзьце ў медыі. Размаўляйце з палітыкамі. Удзельнічайце ў публічным жыцці».
З 18 ліпеня 2024 года Эстонія, Літва і Латвія забаранілі ўезд аўтамабілям з беларускімі нумарамі.
