According to investigators, in January criminals attacked the victim when he was leaving his house, they handcuffed him, forced him into a car and took him to the forest. There the victim was tied to the tow bar and ordered to pay a monthly fee. In case of disagreement, the man was threatened with torture and physical assault.
As the criminals received a forced consent to a monthly fee, the suspects was released. He turned to the police.
Now investigators are looking into the circumstances of the incident, establishing the role of each person suspected of committing a crime, the criminal proceedings include conducted interrogations, searches and confrontations.
