For a few days now there have been long queues at the Lithuanian and Latvian border crossings. Many trucks accumulated on the road to Lithuania.
According to the State Border Committee of Belarus, more than 700 heavy trucks are already waiting for the second day to cross the border at certain checkpoints.
About 500 cars are also located at border crossings with Latvia.
Taking into account the long queues, the State Border Committee urged drivers who are planning to travel abroad to consider this information and choose alternative border crossings.
