According to the Brits, it is possible to spend a weekend on the cheap in the following cities: Zadar and Pula (Croatia), Ohrid (Macedonia), Dinard (France), Varna and Burgas (Bulgaria), Olbia and Modica (Italy), Bratislava and Kosice (Slovakia) Malme (Sweden), Jerez and Salamanca (Spain), Kutaisi (Georgia), Krakow and Gdansk (Poland) and others.
