State institute computers campaign for Lukashenka


Strange message has appeared on computers of the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3585″ alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]While working in the computer room of the Institute, users see an unusual message pop up on the screens. It reads:

“Those who have a passport need to go to the HR unit and sign in support of the incumbent president.”

The atypical system message was noted by a member of the project “Election Observation Theory and Practice’ (EOTP).
