'Social Parasites Decree' to be amended

The Presidential Administration Office is currently reviewing the changes to the Decree #3. There are plans to abolish privileges for those involved in “covert activity.”

As Minister of Labor and Social Security Iryna Kastsevich told interfax.by, the new version of the Decree #3 provides for the “legalization of those involved in covert activities”. “In order to bring these people into the labor market, we plan to compensate the costs that are subsidized by the state today.”

The kind of expenses the officially unemployed citizens will have to pay and how the “secret activities” will be revealed has not been reported yet.
