Russian social media show U.S. porn star Sasha Grey as battle nurse killed by Ukraine forces
A photo of her published alongside ‘a story from the battlefield’ went viral on Russian social media on Tuesday.
The story says that a nurse named ‘Sasha Serova’ was captured by Ukrainian military forces, who then filmed themselves ‘humiliating’ her before chopping her body up. Curiously, the last name “Serova” is similar to the Russian word for “grey.”
The actress was indignant after finding her image being attached to such a story:

Grey also pointed out that after she tweeted “Stay strong, Kyiv!” in 2013, she was labeled anti-Russian:

The post, which received more than 3,500 likes in its first day online.
