Russia places effigy of frontier guard on border with China

Chinese website huanqui.com has published a photo of an effigy in military uniform that was placed on the Russian border watchtower.

The picture was taken when Chinese reporters were visiting the construction site of the railway passage across the Amur.

In 2013, Russia and China agreed upon building the railway bridge Nizhneleninskoye – Tongjiang. But it is clearly seen that only the Chinese side is actively engaged in construction. Russia is still on the stage of preparatory works.
