Putin’s bodyguards ‘save’ him from girl in wheelchair

A disabled person was barred from approaching Putin. Moreover, the girl’s arm was dislocated due to the Russian President’s personal protection servants.

The incident happened during the closing ceremony at the Judo World Championship in the Russian city of Chelyabinsk on August, 31. Dinara Mukhatdinova, 28, intended to hand over documents on barrier free environment for physically challenged people in Chelyabinsk to Mr Putin. But five bodyguards detained the girl and her father, injured her arm and nearly turned her wheelchair over.

According to the activist, they were taken to a police station and spent three hours there.
