According to his profile in Russian social media vk.com, Mr Lisitsin was born in the town of Artyomovskiy (Russia) and is working at a railway car house in the Belarusian city of Brest. He often refers to the closed community ‘The First Antimaidan Congress’. One can become a member only at an invitation of one of its moderators.

The community aims at creating ‘self-defence groups’ which might help Belarusian special operations officers ‘in case of conflicts’. They are going to have the idea approved by the Belarusian KGB.

The text below reveals community members’ philosophy and ideology:

‘I am a Russian occupant!

Once I occupied Siberia, and now oil, gas, aluminium and other useful things are being extracted there. There are cities which have blocks of apartments, kindergartens, hot water and hospitals. Nobody is allowed to sell women for sable pelts, as it was before Russians’ coming.

I occupied the Baltics. I built plants and power plants there – instead of their funny farmsteads. The Baltics produced high-quality radio equipment and cars, was famous for perfumes and balsams. I was asked to leave it. Now they make sprats, and the best part of working-age population are cleaning European toilets.

I occupied central Asia. I built channels, plants, hospitals, space airfields, stadiums. Rockets, plane, oil-, gas- and chemical equipment were made there, copper, oil and gold were produced, grew wheat and cotton for the whole country. I was asked to leave it. Now they are seeking American loans, growing cannabis and opium poppy, half the working-age citizens have left the country to work for former occupants as streets cleaners or builders.’
