Poland: U.S. armoured vehicles only 50 km from Belarusian border

U.S. soldiers in armoured personnel carriers ‘Stryker’ are returning after maneuvers in the Baltic states. Today the military convoy has traveled through the Polish city of Bialystok which is 50 km from the Belarusian border.

The military convoy has about 90 military vehicles; it is divided into several columns, so as not to paralyse traffic. In Lithuania, Poland, Estonia and Latvia, the military stayed in a number of towns, and their equipment is always of great interest to local residents. Being interviewed by journalists, many locals do not conceal that they consider U.S. soldiers and NATO as defenders from  Russia.

From Poland the convoy will head for a military base in Germany through the Czech Republic.
