Parents of Zhyzneuski to receive lifetime stipend for son


The decision has been made by Ukraine’s Ministers Cabinet.

According to the Minister of Social Policy Pavel Razenko, the stipend is set to carry out the decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

Every parent of the fallen heroes from the Heavenly Hundred will receive 3,250 hryvnias.

Expenses for the payment and delivery of life-long stipemd will be funded from the state budget in the program “State lifelong stipend.”

The 25-year-old Belarusian Mikhail Zhyzneuski died on January 22, 2014 as a result of clashes with law enforcement officers on the Grushevskogo street in Kyiv. According to the official version, the cause of death of the Belarusian was gunshot wounds. The hero of the Heavenly Hundred was buried on January 28 at the cemetery in the village of Abrezy in the Homiel region.
