‘Say no to corruption!’ Belarus Emergency Ministry calling for civic courage

The Belarusian Ministry of Emergency Situations has published a video encouraging citizens to report cases of corruption in the department.

In the video an attempt to bribe the ministry’s employee is put on. As the plot unwinds, a conversation in the office is recorded while a special armed group awaits the signal in a minivan in the street.

“Operation cancelled, the deal has not come off,” an agent says on the radio.

The authors of the video are asking victims and witnesses of corruption crimes to call the Emergency Ministry trust line and tell about the cases.
