Belarusian clubs start playing in European competitions.
In the match of the 1st qualifying round of the Europa League in Minsk “Dynama” defeared “Spartak” of Jurmala – 2:1.
Interestingly, the Latvian team is headed by Belarusian trainer Aleh Kubarau and the Jurmala team has four Belarusian players: Mikalai Kasheuski, Syarhei Kazeka, Zmitser platonau, Syarhei Punshyakou.
Salihorsk “Shakhtar” also defeated “Runavik” – the club with the Faroe Islands- 2:1.
Return matches will be held on July 7.
