Military simulation race held in Minsk (Photo)

For the second year in a row, the organizers of the “Race of the Brave” did their best to put as many people as possible into the atmosphere of the army life of Soviet soldiers fighting in the Great Patriotic War.

This year’s feature of the race dedicated to the Victory Day was the availability of real armored personnel carriers for small children to crawl under. A separate track was made for this task.

Running on military pontoons with jumps into the lake and even dousing with cold water from a hose during the race made it even more spectacular, sometimes bewildering and generally awkward and absurd, especially for the people who just wanted to take a walk in the park on the Victory Day.
