– I had a very high blood pressure. Yesterday, I was alarmed by with these judges, because it was impossible to make such a groundless decision. And yesterday, at 22.20 they brought me a subpoena. Today I came to work and felt sick, I felt nausea, headache, and director called an ambulance. Now I am in hospital, and my lawyer went to court, and I still do not know what’s going to happen next. Although I think they could solve the matter without me, in our country this option is possible, he said to Radio Liberty.
Today at 14:30 in Vaukavysk district court started a second proceeding about a preventive supervision over Mr Autukhovich. Yesterday’s court was suddenly moved, and he was left without protection. At today’s court Mr Autukhovich is represented by his lawyer.
During the year, the entrepreneur had no violations except for one incident. On August 6 last year, he went to Hrodna on business, and he was arrested for leaving the area without permission. At the time, Mr Autukhovich incurred administrative responsibility.
