The “Honest Pint” Brest pub has made a special menu for May 1st.
The pub offers several dishes with old Soviet names or names reminiscent of the Soviet era. Pictures of Vladimir Lenin and Iosif Stalin — Soviet bloody dictators — can also be found in the menu.
The pub managers were not immediately available for comment on the issue. The “Honest Pint” bar opened at the end of last year and has been popular with residents of Brest. Now the pub is at risk of losing some of their customers.
