Meat prices fall by 1%. Everything else goes up in price

The past month saw substantial price increases of fruits and vegetable oil (except olive oil). This is evidenced by recent data of the National Statistical Committee. Only meat and poultry prices fell by 1%.

Non-food prices rose by 0.7%. In February, the prices and tariffs for paid services  increased by 2%, including prices for public utilities by 7.1%, cultural services by 2.4%.

For 2 months in 2015, prices of fruits increased by 36.4%, of vegetables by 32.2%, potatoes by 12.1%. Prices of fish and seafood also jumped by 14.4%, as well as for tea by 8%.
