According to Hrodna police, the young man “made obscene movements with his genitals in front of two girls.”
The incident occurred on June 12 near the student hostel on the Tomina street. The police opened a criminal case under article “Hooliganism”.
Law enforcers have released a video in which the suspect is going towards the victims. The young man looks about 23 years old, has dark brown hair.
