Stakhanov style voting: half of voters already voted at one of Minsk polling stations

This is what Yury Hubarevich running in the 108th Kalinouski district in Minsk wrote in his Facebook account.

“According to the commission, 928(!) students from the National Technical University dormitories voted “eagerly” at the station # 637 of the  #Kalinouski108 constituency on the first day. It is 44.2% of the total number of listed voters,” wrote the candidate.

The politician also said that on that day the observers recorded only 417 people who came to vote early.
