Former 'White Legion' case defendant Byalyauski charged


Andrei Byalyauski, who was charged with cartridge storage, has been formally charged (illegal manufacturing, purchase, transfer into possession, sale, storage, transportation, transfer or carrying of firearms, ammunition, explosives, etc.).

Former defendant of the “White Legion” case handed the investigator a motion to dismiss the prosecution.

Andrei previously admitted that he stored the cartridge in the closet as a souvenir, but was not going to use it.

As belsat.eu learned from deputy chairman of “Viasna” Valyantsin Stefanovich, the case was opened on November 27 by the central body of the Investigative Committee of Belarus. That same day, the IC “put an end” and stopped the prosecution of all defendants in the “White Legion” case.
