Putin's new laws - more people will receive "foreign agent" and veteran status
Vladimir Putin has enacted a series of legislative measures pertaining to national security. These laws broaden the criteria for designation as "foreign agents," intensify penalties for acts of sabotage, and align the status of military personnel and volunteers from the Kursk region with that of veterans engaged in combat operations in Ukraine.
