Three versions of Sharamet's murder by Advisor to Ukraine Interior Minister

Advisor to the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairsn Zaran Shkirak said that the investigation is considering three versions of Pavel Sharamet’s murder.

They are as follows: professional activities of the journalist, hostile relations, and the so-called “Russian trace”.

According to Shkirak, the main theory is journalistic work of Pavel Sharamet. The version of “hostile relations”, said the head of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry adviser, “is always there, because we cannot rule out anything.”

In addition Zaran Shkirak stressed that he personally agrees with his colleague, MP Anton Gerashchenko, that the “Russian trace” certainly cannot be ruled out.

“You know, we are seeing strange coincidences with the events that are currently taking place in Ukraine – the aggravation at the front with virtually daily attacks by Russian-terrorist forces using the banned heavy artillery. You can add here a well-known pop parade (the procession of supporters of the UOC Moscow Patriarchate), and we cannot exclude the version of Russian special services’ involvment in the explosion,” believes Zaran Shkirak.
