CEO of the Triple company Yury Chyzh was detained on 11 March. He is accused of large scale tax evasion. Answering the question about “Chyzh case”, KGB Chairman Valer Vakulchyk recently told reporters that “there is no even small reason to release him on bail”. Several defendants in the Chyzh case were earlier released from the KGB prison. The head of Triple is still in custody.
