The potato pancake could get in the Guinness Book of Records. It was made of 76 kg of potatoes, 4 kg of onions, 60 eggs, 5 kg of flour, 10 liters of vegetable oil, 5 liters of sour cream and 350 grams of salt, kp.by reports.
A special expert committee documented the record, and perhaps, the Belarusian national dish will get into the Guinness Book of Records as the largest potato pancake. Its diameter was 2 meters.
