“There is an opportunity (a new program with the IMF). We need to return to this issue in 2020,” Maksim Yermalovich told the agency.

The last negotiations with the IMF were interrupted last summer. Belarus then wanted to get a loan of $ 3 billion. Last loan, which Minsk received from the IMF, was in 2009-2010 in the amount of 3.5 billion US dollars.
