Belarus fails to get Russian gas discount

Since 2008, the year the price of gas has been calculated according to the formula on a quarterly basis, taking into account changes in the index of prices for gas oil and fuel oil (in 2013, the formula was fixed in the intergovernmental agreement). In the third quarter of 2015, the contract price was $142.32 per thousand cubic meters.
