Administrative proceedings against free rider Kseniya stopped

Partyzansky rayon police department has stopped the administrative proceedings against the woman who escaped through the window of the trolleybus and became an Internet star.

The 32-year-old Kseniya Marhunskaya filed a statement to the police, where she wrote about the injuries received during the incident. To prove it, she went under a forensic examination. Its results are not ready yet, but it is expected that the review of this incident may be completed next week.

The incident occurred on December 6, in the trolley bus terminus in Anharskaya street in Minsk.

“Yes, I did not have a ticket, the inspector offered me to pay a fine. At that moment I was not able to pay the fine on the spot. I offered to show them an ID – a passport – to draw up a report, and eventually get the penalty on the postal address,” explained Marhunskaya in an interview to the ONT.

According to her, the driver and inspectors decided to close the door and to not let her out of the trolley.

Fleeing from the trolley, the woman left her bag in it. She said that she got out of the window on principle. No one other than the law enforcement officers has the right to deprive a person of liberty and the right to choose, said Kseniya. She drew attention to the fact that the inspectors that “pressured” her were adults and strong men.
