Action of solidarity with Eduard Palchyts held in Minsk


Several dozen people came to the Main Post Office to sign postcards for Eduard Palchyts who is in prison.

Eduard Palchyts is the 1863x.com site editor, who is accused of inciting ethnic hatred.

Before the action the police stopped the car of Yauhen Batura and detained him for a white-red-white flags in the car and took him to the Moscow police department of Minsk.

Later it became known that he was released, but the car was detained. The police took the keys, saying that “the car had been stolen”. This was reported in the Facebook by activist Dziana Seradzyuk.

Co-chairman of the “Young Front” Zmitser Dashkevich previously offered to meet near the Main Post Office on June 23 without flags and posters to sign postcards of solidarity with Eduard Palchys.



Eduard Palchys who is better known under the pseudonym Jhon Silver was not so long ago extradited from Russia to Belarus. First he was in jail N1 in Minsk, later he was transferred to Zhodzina.
