Ukraine, Russia agree on withdrawal of Ukrainian military units from Crimea


Yesterday Mykhaylo Kutzin, chief of HQ of Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Valeriy Gerasimov, chief of the HQ of the Armed Forces of Russia, reached an agreement concerning withdrawal of the Ukrainian military units from Crimea in full staff ‘with arms on civil basis’, unian.net reports referring to acting Defense Minister of Ukraine Ihor Tenyukh.

The talks of first deputy chief of the HQ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Gennadiy Vorobyov with Russia’s deputy Defense Minister Dmitriy Bulgakov concerning order and mechanism of the agreement reached are scheduled for today, Mr Tenyukh noted.
