The video which has appeared on Youtube today was allegedly filmed by policemen themselves. It shows them taking a commemorative picture with a man who was supposedly forced to strip down to the buff and severely beaten. They also made him take an ice-axe in his hands and pose for a photo. On his body injuries are clearly seen.

It is still unknown who uploaded the vudeo and for what purpose it was done.
