As a line-up period is in progress broadcasting programs Forum, Expert, Personal Capital, Remarc, Black on White, Two vs Two, Back to the Future, Thick on the Ground, World and Us will be temporarily suspended from October, 28. As soon as a new TV season starts programs will resume its normal course, some having renewed set and graphic design. Airing programs In Focus, Reporter, It’s My Right, Svaboda Zone is not expected to undergo any changes.
In the period of October, 28 – December, 23 broadcasting will be interrupted from 9:30 to 18:00, which has resulted from the lack of funds.
“We hope this is the last time when we have found ourselves in such situation that has lead to shortening our air time. The year of 2014 will definitely be better because we have been given a promise that the EU will allocate money [for us]”, Agnieszka Romaszewska-Guzy, Belsat TV director, says.

Next year several new projects will be introduced to our viewers’ consideration.
“Studying Belsat’s audience we have come to the conclusion that there are two types of viewers: the first group’s priority is searching information, as for the other, they pursue answers to more profound questions, i.e. documentaries and cultural programs,” Mrs Romaszewska-Guzy says. According to her, that was the reason for taking a decision to set a special time (after 22.00) for such viewers and create a set of cultural programs so that these programs would not be ‘scattered’ all over a day’s line-up.
