According to his wife Sviatlana, the activist was called to Maskouski district penal body In Minsk; as Mr Vinagradau is under surveillance he has to visit the institution regularly.
But an unpleasant surprise was sprung on him there: the activist was taken by policemen to Pershamayski Directorate of Interior. Paval Vinahradau managed to call his wife and inform her of the arrest. At the moment he is not available telephonically.
Paval Vinahradau is always detained after protect actions and performances held by Zmena, a youth wing of Tell the Truth civil campaign. The recent action took place on December 10, 2012.
